Home Show 2009

Budget Blinds of Colorado Springs just finished up exhibiting in the 2009 Home Show at the Phil Long Expo Center. We had a great time meeting new people and answering the many questions people had about window treatments. A good number of folks stopped by our booth to sign up for our Grand Prize Drawing of $500 and a Second Place Prize of $300 in custom window coverings from Budget Blinds. It was also nice to see many of our happy customers stop by just to say "hi". I must say that I am very proud to work for a company that has such a good rapport with it's customers. I can honestly say that every person that mentioned that they had purchased window treatments with us, had nothing but good things to say about the first meeting at the Free in-home Design Consultation, all the way to installation. And what a treat to also find nice comments to that effect on some of the giveaway entry forms! Our customers mean a lot to us, and it was so wonderful to see their appreciation and smiling faces.

So, let me get to some of the questions and concerns we encountered at the home show...

There were a few people that had questions about specialty windows. They were concerned because they had unique windows that couldn't fit the "standard-size" window treatment.
In actuality, there really is no "standard-size" window. All homes are different and windows come in many shapes and sizes, which is why Budget Blinds of Colorado Springs offers custom window coverings. A Design Consultant will come to your home for a free in-home consultation, measure your windows, and help you choose what is right for your needs; Installation is FREE!

Do you do repairs?
All of the the inquiries regarding repairs of blinds/shades were, not surprisingly, from other companies. Budget Blinds offers exclusive warranties, including our 5-year No Questions Asked Warranty. This is separate from the manufacturer's warranty that covers possible defects that could have occurred during the manufacturing. This warranty offers an "insurance policy" if you will, on your investment. If your dog decides to claw or chew through your new window treatments, if your perfect child finds a permanent marker and draws you a nice picture on your blinds or if you have smoke damage from a fire, Budget Blinds will replace all of your window treatments (including installation) free of charge for 5 years from the time of purchase! Where else can you find that? Back to the question, if you happened to have purchased a home that already had existing window treatments or have purchased blinds elsewhere, we will gladly come to your home to repair broken cords and such if they can be fixed.
