One thing we are privileged to receive that other retailers don’t get is the specific NO Questions Asked warranties. This warranty is in addition to the Limited Lifetime Warranties that all manufacturers provide.

What does the No Questions Ask Warranty cover? If for any reason you have damaged your window treatment it is repaired or replaced. We receive this warranty for our Signature Series Budget Blinds line of window coverings, Kathy Ireland Home by Alta line of window coverings and by Hunter Douglas.

So if you bought a Hunter Douglas Luminette which could cost you over $1000 for a standard sliding glass door; We would replace it no questions asked. That is true value to our customers. And this is at no additional cost to you, the customer. This is provided free of charge by the manufacturer.
